Writing Support Centre
The Student Development Centre's Writing Support Centre is located in room 4100 of the Western Student Services Building.
Students who want to improve their writing skills may bring their essays and other written assignments to the Writing Centre, where peer tutors, graduate teaching assistants, and university writing instructors read and respond to them. Instructors will not edit, proofread, or ghostwrite student papers; instead, they will use the work in process as a starting point for discussions aimed at improving the student's writing skills.
The Writing Support Centre also has an office in The D.B. Weldon Library on the mezzanine level, room M14.
