Laurie Worrall

Donated and written in memory of Artist Laurie Worrall by her twin brother Reid Worrall. Laurie received her early training in Fine Arts at H.B. Beal in London, Ont. She also went to York in Toronto where she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Her paintings are both abstract and mixed media. Colourful watercolours are her main art medium. A professional artist, she also used oil and acrylic paints to create her “little bit of magic.” Her artwork was a variety of different sizes from larger paintings to greeting card size works. For many years, she exhibited her work in public and private galleries. She was the sister to Reid and Scott. Her parents were John and Grace Worrall.
