Grace Blackburn

A fund established in 1929 for the purchase of Canadian literature in English and French, by Susan M. Blackburn in memory of her sister Victoria Grace Blackburn (pen name of Fan-Fan), a poet, drama critic, and editorial writer with the London Free Press.
