In Honour of David R. Franklin Ad. E. of the firm Franklin and Franklin LLC for his outstanding contribution to Canadian and International law of creditor collection/protection, author of several leading books concerning it, 45 years of teaching accomplishment at Concordia University, as well as high community participation. Mr. Franklin has also been the Honorary Consul of Iceland in Montreal. This past student of his who funded this bookplate has always felt that he very adequately fulfilled his felt personal duty to ‘make mankind better’ and continues to do so.
