How to Find Books
Script of video:
If you’re looking for books, search in the Library Catalogue. Usually using the Advanced Search will get you more options and more flexibility.
I’m interested in stuff written ABOUT Don Quixote AND written ABOUT Cervantes AND concerning the topic of chivalry. I run the search and I find something.
This is all very interesting, but what I really want is the book. If the book is available online, just click the link. But if it’s a good, old-fashioned print book, you know, with like paper and stuff, then I need the call number, the status and the location.
Together, these three things will tell me if and where I can find the book. For more assistance, visit a Library Research Help desk.
