Professional Biography
I have been an archivist for over 30 years and have worked as an academic archivist at Western since 2005. I worked for the Archives of Ontario from 1988 to 2001. For three subsequent years, I served as the Archives Advisor for the Archives Association of Ontario. After working for over a decade as an archivist at Western Libraries, I became Head of Archives and Special Collections in 2019.

Research Interests
My research interests include the use of GIS for archives. I have always been interested in the study of recordkeeping forms and procedures. I have published articles and given presentations on the topics of archival and recordkeeping history, GIS in archives, as well as photographic collections.
